2. Management theory is actually a kind of culture, a kind of knowledge, and a kind of thing that everyone knows. The same is true of management theory. In some enterprises, everyone is talking about management from top to bottom.

It can be said that everyone has a certain management theory and knowledge. However, why do some people, especially senior executives, really speak "management" in a clear and correct way? Why? This is mainly because most of the senior executives have come through the storm, and the management knowledge they have is more "non coding knowledge" and more experience judgment. 3. What is management technology? Technology is the method, the skill, the tool and the standard. Management technology means all management methods, skills, tools and standards used in specific management activities. From this, we can see that management technology and management theory or knowledge have certain similarities or similarities. What about the management standards? In enterprise management, different employees need to be measured. This is the standard, which is unified and consistent for all employees. 4. Management ability is accomplishment, quality, morality and thought. Management ability refers to the accomplishment and quality of managers using management theory and management technology. This kind of cultivation and quality comes from many aspects, including personality, moral cultivation, and so on. I personally believe that only with a certain management awareness can we have certain management knowledge and technology. The stronger the awareness, the higher the knowledge and technology will be. But the consciousness, theory and technology of management are not positively correlated with management ability. Because some people have a strong sense of management, a lot of management theories and sufficient management technology, but they do not have strong management ability. It is impossible to lead a team and manage an enterprise well. The deep-seated reasons are lack of self-cultivation, low quality, improper morality and defective personality. And these problems, even with more consciousness and theory, can not be compensated. On the other hand, some people have low education, that is to say, they have not accumulated enough management theories in the early stage, but they are good at thinking and summing up. As a result, their management ability is very good. This is because these people have a very strong sense of management and high management accomplishment and quality.
